3 environments in 1. From the basement room one is able to admire the wine conservation room (15°C) dug directly from the mountain’s rocks.

On the sides there are glassed openings that allow to access the daily cellar (5°C) and to the cured meats and cheeses room (4°C). In each of the three environments there is a specific microclimate with a specific dedicated air exchange.
